Sh.Keshav Chandra joined Indian Administrative service in 1995. In the last twenty years he has served in Arunachal Pradesh, Delhi and Goa. He reckons, Arunachal Pradesh as his most memorable posting, where he spent years at China and Burma border. In Delhi he held the posts of Excise Commissioner, Secretary NDMC and secretary to the Chief Minister.
Sh.Keshav Chandra has completed Masters in Economics from London School of Economics. His hobbies are photography, poetry and painting. He has published two books and the exhibitions of his photographs have been held at various places. Sh.Keshav Chandra finds he lucky to be handling water sector, and managing water supply in one of the largest utilities of the world.
